Modern Slavery

Modern Slavery

Company overview

TAGMATIX360 LTD is an international technology, digital, and recruitment organisation. We approach things differently by showing consideration and respect to our prospects, clients, and staff. Although we do have personnel in continental Europe, the majority of our workforce is based in the United Kingdom.

Our Policy

Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance extends to how we manage our business in terms of social responsibility. When conducting business, TAGMATIX360 upholds the highest moral and professional standards as well as all relevant laws and regulations. We have not been informed of any instances of modern slavery in our organisation or as a consequence of candidate placement, nor have we discovered any such evidence. As a firm, we promise to never give up in our efforts to ensure that all instances of human abuse—including those that occur during the employment process—are discovered and eradicated.

Future actions

Going forward into our new financial year, we hope to continue to raise awareness of modern slavery in the following ways:

  • Completing training on human trafficking and slavery for staff members.
  • Asking for more details about the business practices of our partners, suppliers, and customers—both past and present—in particular, how they detect modern slavery risks in their operations and what steps they would take if they discovered any activities connected to modern slavery.
  • Analysing our performance in relation to the measures and actions mentioned in this statement and pinpointing additional areas for development to incorporate into our yearly compliance risk management. Risk control.

This statement is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 section 54(1) and constitutes TAGMATIX360’s modern slavery statement for the financial year ending 23rd of January 2024.
